I had the pleasure of engaging Jason’s services to perform an independent audit of the product practices at KYC360 and subsequently head our Product team on an interim basis while we searched for the permanent head. From the outset, Jason demonstrated exceptional pragmatism and professionalism in addition to his understanding of Product Management.
Jason’s thorough and collaborative approach to reviewing the business provided invaluable insights and actionable recommendations. As the interim leader of our Product team, Jason was not only a strategic thinker but also a collaborative player-coach who fostered a positive and productive work environment.
One of Jason’s standout qualities is his ability to seamlessly integrate into a team and drive results. His leadership was instrumental in guiding us through the process of finding a permanent Head of the department, ensuring a smooth transition and setting a solid foundation for future success.
I highly recommend Jason’s services as a Product Management Consultant and Leader.
